How to read Google reviews of any workshop
Look at the pattern, not the headline score. Reviews that describe specific work, mention honesty about what needed fixing, and are spread over time are more useful than a burst of one-line reviews. Reviews that mention overcharging or unnecessary repairs, even a few, deserve attention. You can read reviews of Safdar Auto Workshop on our Google Business Profile.
When to call a tow instead of driving
Do not drive if the brake pedal sinks, the steering is loose or very heavy, the car is overheating, the oil pressure light is on, or you smell fuel. Call us and we will tell you what to do. We do not offer in-house towing, but we can help you arrange it.
